Week Three Day Five Book Group Discussion Questions
Chapter 9 holds even more treasures to explore.
- In Jeff’s gas tank analogy on Pages 134 and 135, he talks about running on empty. What are some of your personal cues that you haven’t been filling up regularly? What could you be doing to make sure you are operating at maximum efficiency and performance?
- On Pages 144 – 146 Jeff talks about being identified as God’s. He reminds us with comfort that God has us carved on the palm of His hand. If you were to be put on trial for being a Christian, would there be enough evidence to convict you? What “marks” do you bear that identify you as belonging to God? Can your children tell whose you are? Your spouse? That person you need to be offering more grace?
