EASTER RAM JAM

This year, Rising Above Ministries hosted an Easter egg hunt with the River Community Church called Easter RAM JAM. This afternoon event, which took place on Saturday, March 23, was a great opportunity for families of all abilities to play games, eat snow cones, enjoy a petting zoo, and hunt Easter eggs. The unique aspect of this egg hunt is the designated times for those with disabilities and special needs to hunt eggs in a way that is designed especially for them. Throughout the afternoon, egg hunts are offered for different ages and abilities, with special consideration for wheelchair accessibility and the visually impaired. 

Because of generosity of the River Community Church, Easter RAM JAM was a free event for families in the the Upper Cumberland.  Rising Above Ministries is always grateful for the support as they seek to love and serve the special-needs community.
