Anchored in God's Word

So often, our lives feel tossed about, out of control, and chaotic. The Word even tells us that we will have trouble in this world. But, we know when we anchor our lives in God and his Word, we can move through life with peace and joy that can only come from Jesus.

We know God has place you on a unique journey as parents to your beautiful children with special needs. We have designed two new resources just for you! These resources are very similar in content but differ in how they are organized.

The personal study & journal is designed for you to do on your own during your personal quiet time with the Lord. The small group resource is meant to be used in community and has discussion questions provided within the study. Whether your small group is dads, moms, or couples, this resource is for you!

Each year Rising Above focuses on a single theme. This year’s theme is ANCHORED. Each month, we focus on ways to anchor our lives in God and the truth found in His word so that when troubles come, we can stand firm in the truth found in God’s word. These downloads are designed for you to do together with your family. Some of them are for you to hang in your home, complete together, or implement the activities into your daily lives.
